ART Organisational Announcement

With immediate effect the following organisational changes 
become effective.

The Sales and Marketing activities previously known as International
and Enthusiast will be transferred to ART Division and will be
consolidated with ART's existing VAR operations.

This new group will operate as a consolidated structure within ART
and have its own cost and profit centres.

Given the focus of Acorn Education's activities being that of primary
and secondary education within the UK, Australia and New Zealand, it
is appropriate to focus the remainder of substantial activities ie
Enthusiast, International and VAR, within ART where they can receive 
appropriate technical, engineering and management support.

As a result of this, Chris Cox will move to ART as Sales and Marketing
Manager for Enthusiasts, David Walker will transfer to become a Support
Specialist responsible for Enthusiasts and VARs and we will be recruiting
a VAR Sales Manager (internal advertisement will be appearing imminently)
to complete the team.

Marjorie Burke will continue to provide our Export Administration service
from within Acorn Education reporting to Tilly Storr, Marjorie will report on
a dotted line basis to ART.

Within ART, Dave Dickin takes up a new post as European Business Development
Manager.  His role will be to focus on the selling of our technologies 
through partners of the European Esprit projects.  This is separate to
the relationship that Tim Caspell has with the Esprit projects.  Tim will
continue to be responsible for gaining funding for ART projects from within
Esprit and Dave will be looking at the commercial exploitation of our
technologies, outside of Esprit but within Europe.  It is anticipated that
Robbie Freeman's activities will be primarily taking place in the Pacific
and American regions.

We have also taken this opportunity to consolidate the reporting of the
Sales Support role within Business Development directly to Robbie.
