Re Acorn/Apple Joint Venture,

 As you know, the Board has recently announced an
agreement between Acorn and Apple UK to set up a
joint venture company (working name - Newco). 
Discussions have been taking place since the 
announcement to define the future organisational
structure and today a communication was given to all
Acorn Education division staff explaining how the 
changes will affect them individually. 

 All staff have been requested to continue working
within the existing organisational structure until
Newco formally becomes operational.
