Enthusiast Seminars
Find out what is happening in the Acorn world. These seminars are your chance to hear from those people
who are making it happen. The presenters are people who are actively involved in specifying and developing
the products and technologies that are shaping the future.
Course Content
The morning session is centered around the hardware aspects of the Acorn's highly successful Risc PC. and
the 486 card. This is the ideal time to find out how the why the Risc PC is as it is and how the 486 card
works and how both processors can work at the same time. In the first part of the afternoon we look at
software, both inside the system and the software development environment. Together with how Acorn is
developing its internet capability. For the last session we will look into what Acorn is doing in the future.
When and where?
The seminars start at 10am and finish at 5pm, they will be held at the dedicated Acorn training facility in
Cambridge, and will include lunch. There will be plenty of opportunities to ask questions and have
discussions with the presenters, and there will even be some limited opportunities for hands on. They will

The normal price for these Seminars is £25 but Clan members will get a 20% discount of £5
and so the cost for Clan members will be £20.
